Workshop | Build It Yourself: Agentic AI for Leaders is a hands-on Cambridge Spark and Tech Barcelona session for senior technology leaders and ecosystem members. Rather than attending a lecture or product demo, participants will build a real multi-agent AI application in plain English and without code. The workshop covers AI agents, planning, connectors through MCP, document and slide generation, human-in-the-loop controls, and practical limits on business use. Scheduled for October 1, 2026, at Pier01 in Barcelona, the session is designed to help leaders assess where agentic AI can create measurable value and where it should not be trusted.
